You will need:
3-4 table spoons of butter, 1/4 cup of flour, 1.5 cup of milk, 2 table
spoons of minced garlic, 2 tea spoons of basil, 2 tea spoons of dill,
parmesan cheese.
Directions:
Melt butter in a
saucepan, then add flour and stir it to make a
paste. Next add milk. Continue to stir over
medium heat. Once it starts to thicken add minced garlic and basil and
dill. Keep stirring this mixture until it starts to thicken. If
it is too thick add a bit more milk, if it is too thin whisk in a bit
more flour. Add some Parmesan cheese. When it is finished pour it over
hot pasta.
You can add cooked shrimps to pasta.
