You will need:
100g of peeled garlic cloves, 2 table spoons of sour cream, 1 table spoon of butter, 2 table spoons of finely chopped
parsley, salt and pepper.
Directions:
Put the garlic in boiling salty water, boil it for 5 minutes, drain.
Heat more salty water until it starts boiling and boil the garlic in it
again for 5 minutes, drain. Mash the garlic, add sour cream, butter
and parsley. Mix it up and add salt and pepper.
Serve the mousse with meat, baked fish or just bread.
