You will need:
6 cloves of garlic, 130 g of butter, 4 table spoons of
parsley, a few basil leaves, salt and pepper.
Directions:
Cut the garlic, the parsley and the basil into fine pieces. Roast the
garlic in the butter, then add the parsley and the basil, salt and
pepper.
Serve it hot over spagetti or rib steaks.
