You will need:
4 cloves of garlic, 2 raw eggs, lemon juice and salt.
Directions:
Crush the garlic cloves, add salt, then add 1 raw egg yolk, then add
lemon juice and another raw egg yolk. You can blend
everything in a blender. The sauce should be thick and can substitute
mayonnaise.
The sauce is great in vegetable salads.
