Peanuts with Garlic

You will need:

500 g of peanuts, 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 tea spoon of salt and 6-8 table spoons of vegetable oil.


Put peanuts, salt and crushed garlic in a deep bowl and pour as much boiling water as needed to completely cover the peanuts, let it sit for 30 minutes and pour the water out. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, add the peanuts and roast them, while stirring, for 5-6 minutes. Let it cool and put the peanuts in serving bowls.
